Winter has come and gone and finally given way to Summer, bringing all that is good - including the return of this beauty - our Rooty Toot Toot! It is back by popular demand and it's better than ever!! The tartness from the kettle-souring gives this delicious Gose style sweet and salty flavours. It is packed with an abundance of the same flavours as the first time around, all coming from the family of fresh roots we use - fresh Ginger, Turmeric & Galangal and now includes this year’s new addition….carrots!
Pairings That salty tartness giving this beer a crisp, sharp refreshing quality had an unusual result during our food and beer matching experiments. Quite frankly Rooty Toot Toot goes with everything North African - think Tagine, lamb, dried fruits, waxy fresh cheeses and Zatar.

Experiment with combinations with fruit cake sweetness or with aged cheddar to balance the salt. Or try with Vietnamese fresh spring rolls and green papaya salad (which is heavily influenced with the 4 roots in Rooty Toot Toot - a coincidence, we think not!)
