Spiced with cinnamon and star anise all enhanced in flavour by the liberal addition of malted rye. 100kg of locally sourced autumn Omega plums introduced in two ways to the brew - ripe halved plums and in-house made plum jam (made with sweet beer!) has created this full bodied spiced and warming ruby porter.
