The use of Belgium Yeast along with a hop selection of Centennial, Hallertau Blanc and Ella, is considered one of the best combinations to produce a full-on hazy NEIPA. With 99% of the hops added in both whirlpool and dry hopping, giving a complex profile of citrus, stone fruitiness and juicy tropical flavours. The bitterness is soft - finishing with a slight hint of sweetness on the palette. This beer glows like a lighthouse in the fog.
